The apartment building will have one 2-bedroom unit available and four 1-bedroom units available.

Milwaukee Manor is accepting lease applications now. If approved, you will be asked to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) which reserves your unit and obligates you to a lease once renovations are completed. Once renovations are completed, the LOI will expire and a contractual lease will be signed by all parties.

No; all units will be pet-free. This decision is made to maintain the quiet enjoyment of all units for all tenants.

All utilities are included in the monthly rent, except internet. This includes electricity, gas, water/sewer, lawncare/snow removal, and trash.
