Apartments

  • The finishing touches are being completed through the second week of August. Units will be available for occupancy August 16, 2025. Fill out the leasing form today, or email Sarah, to sign a lease early!

  • The apartment building will have one 2-bedroom unit available and four 1-bedroom units available.

  • Milwaukee Manor is accepting lease applications now. If approved, you will be asked to sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) which reserves your unit and obligates you to a lease once renovations are completed. Once renovations are completed, the LOI will expire and a contractual lease will be signed by all parties.

  • The apartment units will be leased on an annual basis, with renewal options available.

  • No; all units will be pet-free. This decision is made to maintain the quiet enjoyment of all units for all tenants.

  • All utilities are included in the monthly rent, except internet. This includes electricity, gas, water/sewer, lawncare/snow removal, and trash.

  • This unit is presently leased and unavailable. Please email MilwaukeeManor@yahoo.com to be notified when it becomes available again!

  • No. At this time the garage is only available for leasing and the owners are not entertaining offers to purchase the garage.
